The Alberta Ballet is honored to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the most celebrated and acclaimed portrayal of THE NUTCRACKER. To help families experience the magic and spread the joy of this season, Alberta Ballet is bringing story-time to Kingsway Mall from November 15 to November 18! The mall story-time is open to all ages and will be an enchanting experience for all. Dancers from Alberta Ballet School will be hosting the story time and the characters present will be the Snow Tsarina and a Snowflake Princess.

C-Tribe will present two fashion shows in November 2018 at Kingsway and each one has a learning objective. On opening night of the C-Illuminate Fashion Show, C-tribe aims to educate guests on what the future will look like. The venue will transform into a series of tech-inspired presentations highlighting the possibilities of augmented/virtual realities, autonomous transportation and retail technology defining the creative landscape of the 21st Century.
The second fashion show, C-Garden takes place on the closing night and will be a contrast from the C-Illuminate Show. C-Garden seeks to inspire, educate, and entertain Edmontonians on climate resilient strategies while demonstrating what successful collisions between arts and innovation culture.

From November 17th to December 17th you can drop off scarves, mittens, hats and other warm clothing in our Holiday Lounge (Community space - Main level beside Starbucks) to keep Edmonton’s homeless community warm this winter! Bundleupyeg is a volunteer-run, annual winter clothing drive for homeless shelters and homeless support organizations in Edmonton, Alberta.

In 2017 KINGSWAY has invested $50 million to redevelop and add a new wing to the centre.
Kingsway welcomes HomeSense, Marshalls and the new expanded H&M in our new wing. This multi-million dollar redevelopment affects 136,000 sf over two levels and together with the $17 million renovation of Hudson’s Bay will transform the customer experience throughout the mall.
