The Retail Mental Health Program supports adults who want to move toward employment while managing mental health challenges. Offered by Prospect, the program focuses on building confidence, skills, and wellbeing in a supportive and flexible environment. There is no pressure to rush. You move forward at a pace that works for you.
Participants gain experience through Prospect Art Collective, a retail space used as a supportive learning environment. You may work on customer service, organizing merchandise, and supporting day‑to‑day store tasks. Activities are matched to your comfort level and readiness, and there is no expectation to do everything.
