We’re looking for Furniture Sales Associates who are passionate about customer service, love interior design, and thrive in a team setting. What You’ll Do Deliver outstanding customer experiences by guiding clients through their furniture choices. Build long-term customer relationships with excellent service and product knowledge. Stay current on furniture trends and maintain a polished showroom floor. Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals. Communicate clearly with customers about orders, updates, and inquiries. Assist the store manager with merchandising and showroom displays. Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. What We’re Looking For A passion for home interiors and helping customers design their dream spaces. At least 2 years of retail or hospitality experience. Proven success in sales and customer service (minimum 1 year required). Strong communication and people skills. Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. A positive, team-oriented attitude. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
