    Please be advised that, due to an operational issue, Kingsway Mall’s gift cards are temporarily unavailable for purchase at our Guest Services desk, kiosks and online. Rest assured we are diligently working with our partners to quickly rectify this situation. ​

    In the meantime, please note that Kingsway Mall’s physical gift cards can still be used for payment transactions at all participating stores and services.​

      Our Mall gift card program is temporarily unavailable as we work new gift card offerings targeted to be released by September 1st. Updates will be posted on our website.

      Our online gift card purchase system is temporarily unavailable as we work to bring on new gift card offerings. Updates will be posted on our website.

    • How can I redeem an eGift Card?

      Currently, our gift card system, including eGift Cards, is offline as we work to bring on new gift card offerings. Your eGift Card is safe and will be usable as soon as we relaunch our program. Updates will be posted on our website.

    • When will purchasing gift cards be available again?

      We are working on new gift card offerings targeted to be released by September 1st.  We appreciate your patience. Updates will be posted on our website.
