    • Where can I redeem an Oxford Gift Card PLUS?

      Card PLUS can be used to purchase merchandise and services from participating merchants within any one of the Oxford Properties Shopping Centres, and Urban Retail Centres. For a list of participating retailers, click here.

      Locations include:
      ONTARIO – Scarborough Town Centre, Scarborough; Upper Canada Mall, Newmarket; Hillcrest Mall, Richmond Hill; Yorkdale Shopping Centre, Toronto; Square One, Mississauga.
      ONTARIO URBAN RETAIL – Richmond-Adelaide Centre, Metrocentre, WaterPark Place, Toronto.
      ALBERTA – Southcentre Mall, Calgary; Kingsway Mall, Edmonton.
      ALBERTA URBAN RETAIL – Centennial Place
      NOTE: Merchant acceptance list is subject to change; please check with Guest Services at the property for the most up-to-date version of the list. Oxford Gift Card PLUS can be used at most retailers where VISA cards are accepted within our centres.

    • I received an Oxford PLUS Gift Card as a gift, do I have to use it at the mall where it was purchased or can I use it at any Oxford location?

      You can use the gift card at any of our shopping centers or Oxford locations. For any other questions, please contact customer service at your local mall or email us at: giftcards@oxfordproperties.com

    • Is there a fee to purchase an Oxford Gift Card?

      Yes, each Oxford Gift Card is subject to a one-time upfront activation fee of $1.50, whether bought in person or online. This fee is waived for bulk purchases of 10 or more cards. For more information, please speak with a Guest Services representative.

    • How much money can I put on an Oxford Gift Card PLUS?

      Oxford Gift Card PLUS cards are available for purchase in any denomination between $25 and $1,000 per card.

    • I have several gift cards and wish to combine them all onto a single gift card. Is this possible?

      The consolidation of balance from multiple Oxford gift Cards onto a single card is not permitted.

    • Daily purchase and redemption limits:

      January 1st to October 31st - $2,500 per customer per day
      November 1st to December 31st - $5,000 per customer per day

    • Can I purchase an eGift card online?

      At this time, Kingsway Mall gift cards are only available for purchase in person at Guest Services. eGift cards are not currently offered online.
