We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team for the seasonal period. As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate in our Mobile Care store, you’ll help customers find the right devices, accessories, and services that fit their lifestyle. You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment where every interaction matters.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers and provide a welcoming in-store experience
• Assist customers in selecting mobile devices, accessories, and service plans based on their needs
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and in-store procedures
• Process sales and exchanges accurately using the point-of-sale system
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Support inventory management including restocking, labeling, and product displays
• Meet daily and weekly sales targets and performance goals
• Provide troubleshooting basics and guide customers to technical support if needed
Qualifications
• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a busy environment and engaging with customers
• Ability to learn product features and explain them in simple terms
• Team-oriented, reliable, and positive attitude
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
